Le Drom' Blanc, Mhamid - Making of Moroccan Flat Bread

This is next morning after we arrived at Le Drom' Blanc.  We followed Omar to his house after breakfast to see how Moroccan flat breads are made.  The family supply to Maguy and her guests.  The house is about 20 minutes walk from Maguy's.

The women in the family make the bread.  No picture of her as we were forbidden from taking any photos of women, the norm in most part of Morocco.

The excitement of seeing bread being made and baked.

The very spartan interior.  Well, it's the company and the conversation that matter.

After the bread making session, we were invited into the house for mint tea.  The women of the house were on this end boiling water and making tea.  Tea are normally served in small glasses half filled.  When someone asked why, we were told it took sometime to boil the water and they therefore savoured their tea slowly.
